Henderson said in the video caption that the customer selected the option to leave food at the door. Upon arrival, the DoorDasher said she found him “with his pants and underwear to his ankles and his front door wide open.”
“That’s f***ed up,” she said in the video as she walked away. That video garnered nearly 30 million views before it was deleted.

In subsequent TikTok videos, Henderson followed up on her delivery experience.
“My customer requested that my order be left at their front door, and when I arrived at their house, their front door was wide open, and they were within eyesight of the front door, lying on the couch, indecently exposed to me,” she stated in one video, per the New York Post.
In another follow-up video, Henderson said DoorDash deactivated her account for no reason.
The woman claimed in another video that she was “a victim of SA (sexual assault)” while working for DoorDash and TikTok kept “silencing me and taking my videos down.”
“I’m being punished as a victim by all sectors involved rn (right now). the police, door dash, and tik tok (sic) are all punishing me as a victim,” she wrote in the video caption, per USA Today.

What DoorDash and police say
DoorDash released a statement in response, stating that “posting a video of a customer in their home, and disclosing their personal details publicly, is a clear violation of our policies.
“That is the sole reason that this Dasher’s account was deactivated, along with the customer’s, while we investigated,” said the company.
Oswego City police started their investigation on Oct. 13, a day after the alleged incident.
In a statement, Oswego police said they found no evidence of sexual assault against Henderson, People reported. Police said the man who appeared “incapacitated and unconscious” in Henderson’s video has been cooperating with investigators.

During her arraignment, the woman’s lawyer waived a reading of the charges and entered a not guilty plea on her behalf, Oswego County News Now reported.
Judge Timothy Kirwan ordered Henderson to be released without bail in agreement with prosecutors.
Henderson didn’t look at the cameras while leaving the courtroom. Outside the courthouse, her father shielded her from media cameras with his jacket.
Henderson’s next court appearance is in January. If found guilty, she faces up to eight years in prison.
