In photos obtained by TMZ, Dick can be seen hunched forward with his eyeglasses on the ground as a man checks on him.
Witnesses told TMZ Dick’s friends ran up to him to try to revive him, telling him to “wake up” while others called an ambulance. A bystander shouted to others in search of Narcan, a medication used to reverse the effects of opioid overdoses. It was reported Dick received a Narcan shot.

During the interview, Dick said he was sitting next to someone on the street who brought out some crack and that’s when things went predictably sideways.
Dick said he needed “a little bit of that,” referring to the crack, before saying, “I don’t mind doing some crack every now and then.”
A Los Angeles Fire Department representative told TMZ they tended to a 59-year-old man, who was not transported to hospital.
Late Tuesday, TMZ spoke to Dick and he told them he’s relieved to be OK but wouldn’t elaborate further.

Dick had more run-ins with the law, which include a 2004 arrest for indecent exposure, and being cuffed in 2008 for sexual battery and suspicion of drug possession. For the second incident, Dick was sentenced to three years probation and forced to wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet for a year.
Arrested for allegedly groping bartender
In 2010, Dick was arrested again for allegedly groping a bartender and a patron at a bar in West Virginia. The charges were later dismissed upon completion of a pre-trial diversion program, per Yahoo News.
In 2022, Dick was convicted and sentenced to 90 days in jail on misdemeanour sexual battery and battery for groping an Uber driver. The comedian was registered as a sex offender and attended 52 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings post-release.
Later in 2022, Dick was once again cuffed for public intoxication and failing to register as a sex offender. He was later charged with felony sexual battery of a man, but that was later dropped when the alleged victim refused to cooperate with authorities.
